To rent or operate any vessel, you agree that:

You are at least the minimum age required by applicable law and/or rental agreement (typically 25+ to book and 21+ to operate, unless otherwise specified).

You possess valid identification.

You are physically and mentally capable of safely operating a boat.

You will comply with all local, state, and federal boating laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet safety or legal requirements.

2. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type and will be disclosed at the time of reservation.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of payment.

Weather-related cancellations may qualify for rescheduling or refund at our discretion for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to unsafe conditions.

4. Weather & Safety

Safety is our top priority. Rentals may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to:

Severe weather conditions

Mechanical or equipment issues

Unsafe water conditions

In such cases, we will work to reschedule or provide an appropriate resolution when possible.

5. Use of Vessels

You agree to:

Operate vessels responsibly and lawfully

Avoid reckless behavior or negligent operation

Not exceed passenger capacity limits

Not engage in illegal activities

Not allow unauthorized or unqualified individuals to operate the vessel

Alcohol consumption may be restricted or prohibited depending on applicable laws and safety considerations.

6. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the vessel, equipment, or property during your rental period, whether caused by negligence or misuse.

You agree to:

Pay for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage

Assume responsibility for any fines, penalties, or citations incurred during the rental period

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Injury

Drowning

Weather-related hazards

Equipment malfunction

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with boating activities and release Cast or Cruise from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Waiver & Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Cast or Cruise, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in our services.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payments, bookings, or operations. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property
